Benoit Touquette started Fait-Main (meaning hand-made) because he “fell in love with a vineyard…and then another, and another.”
It only makes sense that the emotion he felt when selecting sources for grapes is directly reflected in the final product. The best winemaking starts in the vineyard and this selection of wines is yet another noteworthy, true representation of talent from soil to harvest to vinification to glass.
The following selection of wines come from iconic vineyards in Napa Valley accompanied by two wines from meticulously selected plots in St. Étienne de Lisse, one of the towns in the commune of St. Emilion. Read more about the vineyard sites in France here and the Napa sites here.
