Owners of The Breadfruit & Rum Bar, Dwayne Allen and Chef Danielle Leoni, have produced the only Certified fair trade, organic AND vegan ginger beer in the US. Big Marble Organics is manufactured and bottled just a mile or so from their restaurant in downtown Phoenix. They pride themselves on ethical sourcing, zero waste initiatives and supporting local agriculture, which are things we can all get behind. Not to mention, it's delicious.
