Washington Wine: The Walls
Two delicious picks from a new producer at Action out of the PACNW. The Walls lead winemaker, Todd Alexander, is one of few 100pt winemakers in Washington State. Both of these wines are from Red Mountain AVA, which is the smallest AVA in Washington. The red varieties that cover the area thrive in the diurnal flux creating incredible balance and sense of place reflected in the final pour. And these labels are pretty damn cool to accompany what’s flowing from the bottle.
